Grade 1-4 Staggered Entry Letter 2025

We are so excited to welcome you and your child(ren) to a brand new school year.  As in previous years our first two days of school will be staggered entry days. We will welcome fifty percent of our students each day on August 28th and August 29th. Small groups  facilitate the practice of new routines and provide teachers an opportunity to begin to build relationships with their students. On the morning of your child’s staggered entry day you are welcome to drop your child off and meet his/her teacher. If your child is coming on the bus, please do not worry as school staff will be available to direct them. Once all students have arrived, the first day of school will officially begin. At the end of the day, teachers will lead their students to the appropriate bus or the designated waiting area outside for pick up. 

Students can be dropped off at 8:30AM  and the warning bell rings at 8:35AM, second bell at 8:40AM. Please note that dismissal is at 3:11PM
